The prominent Kurdish writer Dr. Bavê Nazê held a seminar on the 17th of January 2016 at the Seminar Hall of the Faculty of Humanities about his literary life and works. In his seminar, Dr. Bavê Nazê advised young Kurdish writers to be sincere in their literary works. Moreover, he gave a brief overview about some of his literary works by describing their background stories. Dr. Bavê Nazê was born in 1946 in the town Kucuka in Northern Kurdistan, whereas he spent most of his childhood in Western Kurdistan. Later on, he studied in the then existing Soviet Union and gained his doctorate. Through his career, he has published forty-five literary works, including five novels. At the end of the seminar, the audience was given the opportunity to ask some questions.
